Welcome, Trainer. Before you begin, bring a charged phone with location services enabled. An external battery is strongly recommended. Carry water, wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes, dress for the weather, and play with a responsible adult. Stay in public areas. Never trespass. Stop walking before looking at your phone. At every street, put the phone away, use a safe crossing, and look left, right, then left again. Stay aware of traffic, bicycles, uneven ground, weather, and everyone around you. Your live location is checked only when you ask to validate a checkpoint, and it is never saved. Adventure smart, stay humble, and look out for your team.

Professor Pine is an original, warm Field Academy guide. Natural narration is generated securely and cached; a phone voice is used only as backup.
