Run Fly Run Privacy Policy
This policy covers Run Fly Run from The Flins App Vault, LLC., including the version 1.0 Build 3 test candidate. It does not announce that this candidate is publicly available.
Session-only gameplay data
Run progress, scores, earned coins, appearance selections, settings, achievements and offline score candidates are kept during the current app session. Ordinary gameplay progress resets when the app closes. There are no mid-run saves; a new attempt starts at level 1.
Local Golden Egg discovery
Golden Egg discovery is separate from gameplay progress. On iOS, discovery status and the player's local-only choice are stored in app-scoped, device-only Keychain storage across launches. This is not a gameplay save or an iCloud save. The current app has no in-game deletion control for this record. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove Keychain data.
This candidate does not submit Golden Egg discoveries or player names to the company website. Finding the egg does not publish a name, score or leaderboard entry. Pending discoveries are not publicly displayed. Local-only records are not submitted or automatically retried. Launch, menus, gameplay and Game Center actions do not contact Golden Egg endpoints.
Website sharing is disabled in this candidate. A future build would require updated disclosures before enabling sharing and would offer separate choices to post a Game Center name, post as Anonymous, or not post. Native Game Center sign-in is not consent to website publication.
Apple Game Center
Apple Game Center independently handles supported sign-in, scores, native leaderboards and achievements under Apple's privacy practices. The app receives the provider's player identifier and display name for those features. Game Center is optional; cancellation or unavailability does not require posting to the company website.
Required update checks
On iOS, startup and foreground return request a signed update policy over HTTPS from the company website with the app's bundle identifier and platform. No Golden Egg identity or discovery data is included. The app verifies the response to determine whether an update is required. An invalid or unavailable response blocks gameplay with a Retry option. This check is separate from Golden Egg sharing.
Hosting and security providers may process connection metadata, such as an IP address and request information, to deliver and protect website requests. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for provider logs. Contact us with questions about access or retention.
App Store purchases
Run Fly Run is planned as a paid download. The App Store displays the current price and availability and processes any purchase. The developer does not receive full payment credentials. The app has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid virtual currency.
Data the app does not use
The app has no separate developer account or cloud save. It does not use advertising, cross-company tracking, marketing analytics or data-broker sharing. It does not request location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health information, and has no chat or free-form user content.
Support and privacy requests
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to address your request. Include only the details needed to describe the problem. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or a child's personal information. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child's privacy.
For privacy questions or verified access, correction or deletion requests, email theflinsappvaultllc@gmail.com. Device-only records are not remotely accessible to us. Apple handles requests concerning its own services.
We will update this policy when the app's data practices change. Future website sharing, accounts, analytics or other data uses require disclosures matching the enabled feature.
