EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 14, 2026
TurboRack: Car Bowling Privacy Policy
This policy covers TurboRack. Version 1.0 Build 2 and the version 1.1 Build 3 candidate keep Golden Egg discoveries local and cannot publish them. The candidate sends no Golden Egg identity, display name or discovery data to the website. This notice does not announce availability of the new build.
Data stored on the device
The app stores game progress and scores, garage inventory and coins, audio preferences, local Golden Egg completion; retained historical publication choices, pending records and device-only secure Hunt credentials without transmitting or retrying them on the player's device. The Flins App Vault, LLC. does not receive the device-local game save unless a future feature clearly described in an updated policy transmits it.
Data the current app does not collect
The current app does not use or collect advertising, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data.
Apple Game Center
Players may optionally use Apple Game Center. Game Center is an Apple service governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices. The app remains playable as a guest when Game Center is unavailable, cancelled, or not connected.
App Store purchase
The App Store processes the paid download. The developer does not receive the player's full payment credentials.
Optional Golden Egg Hunt
In version 1.1 Build 3, normal launch, menus, gameplay, foreground resume, Game Center sign-in, leaderboards and achievements make no Golden Egg website requests. Normal play does not require website availability, a campaign check, a website policy check, or a website version check. Finding the hidden egg records local completion only. Website registration, Public and Anonymous sharing, identity exchange and publication retries are disabled. Existing local history, pending records and secure credentials are preserved without being transmitted or retried. Optional native Game Center is separate from the Golden Egg website.
Future website participation
The service practices below apply only when a future reviewed app build enables website participation. They are not data flows in version 1.1 Build 3. This policy and the store privacy answers must be reviewed before that feature is enabled.
A hidden Golden Egg discovery remains local unless the app has an authenticated secure connection to the official service. When available, the app may send a pseudonymous player binding, app and build version, opaque gameplay-verification evidence, request-security information, and the player's Public or Anonymous choice. These requests occur only after the player chooses Public or Anonymous for that discovery. Anonymous does not publish the Game Center name. Initial registration still requires identity verification to protect discovery ownership and prevent duplicates. A connection failure never blocks normal play or counts as successful publication; recovery is limited to the previously authorized discovery flow.
When Game Center identity verification is used, the app may send Apple's team-scoped and game-scoped player identifiers, identity signature, salt, timestamp, Apple public-key URL, and the Game Center display name reported by Apple. The service verifies the signed identity fields. Apple does not sign the display name, so it is treated as provider-reported profile information bound to that verified player. Players cannot type a substitute finder name.
The service assigns the authoritative discovery identifier, server time, ranks, first-finder state, public reference, cosmetic Secret Code, and privacy status. Only a server-accepted discovery is registered on the website. Anonymous records show Anonymous, not the Game Center name. Don't Post creates no website record. Public-name permission can later be withdrawn by changing a registered discovery to Anonymous through its authorized privacy flow. A sanitized Game Center name appears publicly only after affirmative consent and may be updated only through a fresh verified Game Center exchange.
Golden Egg records are retained while the Hunt operates to preserve permanent ranks, prevent duplicates and fraud, recover interrupted requests, and honor privacy choices. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary network information solely to deliver and protect the service.
The player identifiers, provider-reported Game Center display name, and discovery record are linked user data used only for app functionality. The public-name choice is permission to publish that Game Center name; it is not permission for advertising tracking. The App does not use this information for advertising, data-broker sharing, or cross-company advertising linkage.
Children and families
Children should not enter a real name, contact detail, or other personal information. A parent or guardian may contact the business and should not send a child's personal information unless necessary to resolve the request.
Changes, requests, and contact
If a later build adds an account, cloud save, analytics, support form, advertising, location, or other collection not described here, this policy and the App Store privacy answers must be updated before that feature is enabled. Verified access, correction, anonymization, or deletion requests and privacy questions may be sent to theflinsappvaultllc@gmail.com.
