TurboRack Support
TurboRack combines stunt driving with ten-pin bowling. Version 1.1 Build 3 is being prepared for testing; this page does not mean that it has reached TestFlight or the public App Store. Older-build differences are identified below.
Contact the developer
Email theflinsappvaultllc@gmail.com with your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version and build, game mode, difficulty, and what happened. Never send passwords, Apple Account details, payment information, a child's personal information, or private Golden Egg session links.
Driving and bowling
Hold the device sideways. Choose one of eight modes and difficulty 1–5, then tap Play Now. Steer on the left and use Gas and Brake on the right. Hold Gas and slide right on it to engage Boost. Build at least 160 MPH to reach the rack. Once airborne, the car follows its launch; speed and alignment affect which pins it reaches. Strikes are possible but not guaranteed. Each new run randomizes the course obstacles.
Coins, garage and saves
Earn coins from pinfall and spend them on vehicle unlocks and upgrades in the garage. Progress and settings are stored locally. Deleting the app or its data can remove that progress; TurboRack does not provide developer-account cloud-save recovery. Use the in-game Home and pause controls when leaving a run.
Music and sound
Check the in-game audio settings and the device volume if music or effects are quiet. Build 2 includes separate menu music and a rotating gameplay soundtrack. Audio should pause when the app is interrupted and resume appropriately when you return. Include the exact build and interruption steps when reporting an audio issue.
Apple Game Center
Game Center is optional; cancelling sign-in leaves local guest play available. The two leaderboards and 25-achievement catalog are separate from the Golden Egg website. Live authentication, name display and achievement propagation on the exact candidate require physical-device testing; website availability is not a prerequisite. Do not share Apple credentials with support.
Golden Egg Hunt
In version 1.0 Build 2, the hidden Golden Egg challenge is saved only on your device. After finding it, use Home to return to the main menu. Website registration, Public or Anonymous sharing, and website finder rankings are unavailable in this build; no website submission is made or retried. Game Center scores and achievements are separate and remain available. A later reviewed app update is required before website participation can return.
Version 1.1 Build 3 keeps the hidden hunt local as well. Finding the egg saves local completion; use Home to return to the main menu. Website registration, Public and Anonymous sharing, website identity exchange and retries are disabled. Existing local history and pending records are preserved without being transmitted. Website participation requires a future reviewed update. This describes the candidate, not a claim that device testing or release is complete.
Required updates
The older Build 2 checks a signed support policy before gameplay and on foreground resume. The version 1.1 Build 3 candidate removes these website checks: launch, menus, normal gameplay, resume and Game Center do not contact the Golden Egg website and do not require it to be online. App Store settings control installation; the game cannot silently install an update.
Privacy
Read the dedicated TurboRack Privacy Policy. Local progress, optional Game Center and Golden Egg data, privacy choices, and support requests are described separately from the website's other apps.
