Snake Reactor is published by The Flins App Vault, LLC. For app issues or feedback, email theflinsappvaultllc@gmail.com. Include the device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Snake Reactor version, level number, and the step that caused the issue. Never send an Apple Account password, payment information, or a child's personal information.
Progress and local saves
Campaign progress, coins, cosmetics, settings, and ordinary gameplay records are stored on the device. Confirm the same app installation and campaign are open before starting over. Deleting the app or its data can remove local progress.
Apple Game Center
Game Center is optional for ordinary play. If connection, achievements, score posting, or a native leaderboard is unavailable, confirm Game Center is enabled in device settings and reopen Snake Reactor. The game never asks for an Apple Account password.
Golden Egg Hunt
A legitimate Golden Egg discovery may be held safely on the device while secure website registration is unavailable. Reconnect to the internet and Game Center, reopen the game, and use the registration retry action. Official rank and discovery time come from the website; the cosmetic Secret Code does not authenticate or transfer a discovery.
Controls, motion, and accessibility
Use the in-game settings for control, text, audio, haptic, and reduced-motion options. Tell support which screen, control, text, motion, or gesture caused difficulty.
Privacy
Read the app-specific Snake Reactor Privacy Policy. A Golden Egg leaderboard name is published only after the player chooses the public option; otherwise the discovery remains Anonymous.
